Joiners / new starters

For new starters, the line manager should raise a new starter issue in the administration project.

Some actions can be performed in advanced but many require back and forth with the new starter.

Assign the line manager initially and assign the new starter once they're in gitlab.

Close the ticket when both line manager and new starter tasks have been completed.

Leavers and movers

There is additionally a leaver issue template for people leaving the department.

For people moving within DevOps it's recommended to run through the leaver and new starter checklists.
