Cloud Team workflow extensions

This document describes the workflow for the Cloud team.

In general, the Cloud Team use the same labels and workflow as the other teams in DevOps. However the Cloud Team use a Kanban style to manage their work.

For Business as Usual (BAU) and first line response we operate a rota system. This process is described in the BAU Process and Responsibilities document.
