Team Wilson workflow extensions

This page documents the specific clarifications/amendments to the standard workflow outlined under workflow and the day-to-day work.

In general, we conform to the DevOps-wide workflow approach, with some clarifications and minor adjustments.

All of the guidance in these pages needs to be treated with developer discretion, if in doubt ask questions and use common sense. Exceptional complicated changes will always require additional thought.

At a high level:

• When we are notified of issues with services we use the incident management protocol to deal with them, following the incident protocol takes priority over all other work.
• Day to day we work through issues on the sprint board.
• One developer per week is assigned to spend half a day working on vulnerabilities through the vulnerability process.
